Helicopter weddings provide an experience to your wedding day that is unmatched! From the epic views, the solidarity & adventure, helicopter rides add a touch of magic to your Banff elopement.

Helicopter Weddings In The Rockies

Rockies heli Canada, is one of the best helicopter companies in the business which is why they are my first choice when booking your heli elopement! Their staff are extremely knowledgable & always are excited to show you the rockies!

Located just outside Banff National Park, gives them so many epic landing locations to choose from. Whether you want a view with a lake, cliffs, seas of peaks, they can do it.

Heli Elopement with Rockies Heli

Linda & TJ started off their elopement day starting at the Fairmont Banff Springs. The Fairmont Banff Springs is an iconic hotel in Banff National Park, also known as the castle of the rockies.

Their day continued on to the Icefeild parkway where they stopped at Bow lake & Peyto Lake to explore these epic lakes. Bow lake offers accessible lake side views of the glacier lake, perfect for people wanting a quick stop at a lake on the way to their heli elopement. Peyto Lake, requires a little hike (15 minutes) that takes you to an epic viewpoint looking out over the wolf shaped glacier lake.

Next on the itinerary was their ceremony! They choose to take a helicopter to the top of a mountain to say their vows and "I do". Linda & TJ choose a landing location that looked out over the bright blue Abraham lake. While saying their vows a cloud rolled in making it look like they were in the middle of the North Pole! It was white everywhere.

After the ceremony, we hopped over to a second landing location to get a way from the winter weather at the top. We stopped along the shore of Abraham lake to sign their marriage license.

Helicopter elopements are always an adventure, but an adventure that is so memorable!
